Shipping options

We ship Australia-wide via AusPost:

Standard: 2–5 days metro, 5–7 regional. Comes with tracking.
Express: Usually next-day to major cities, 1–3 days everywhere else. Fast, reliable, highly recommended if you’re on a deadline.

Production time is usually 24 hours, then it’s in AusPost’s hands.
Want it ASAP? Choose Priority Processing + Express and you’re laughing.


Can I pick up my order?

Yep! We’re based at The Work Space Hendra.
Select Local Pickup at checkout and we’ll message you as soon as it’s ready.

Pickup spot: Unit 5, 130 East West Rd, Hendra QLD 4011
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am–4pm

If you’re local, pickup is fast, free, and often same-day with Priority. Bring your order number and you’re good to go.

What if my package is delayed or goes missing?

We hand your goodies over to AusPost, and 99% of the time they behave. But every now and then a parcel takes the scenic route — usually during silly season or out in the sticks.

If tracking hasn’t moved for a few days, or it’s blown past the ETA, give the tracking page a peek first. Sometimes it's just an attempted delivery, an address typo, or your parcel having an existential crisis at a sorting hub.

Still looks cooked? Hit us up.
We’ll lodge an AusPost investigation and hunt it down. If they confirm it’s officially lost-lost, we’ll reprint your order and shoot it out again — on us. No stress, no drama, no blaming your dog.

If it’s just running late, we unfortunately have to wait it out together, but we’ll keep you in the loop. Express Post is always the safer (and faster) option if you’re in a hurry.

Missing parcels are super rare, but if it happens, we’ve got your back harder than your heat press.



Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your AusPost tracking number — the magic code that shows your parcel’s entire journey.

Pop it into the AusPost tracking page and you’ll see updates like: picked up, in transit, out for delivery, or “driver is two doors away, act natural.”

Express usually updates like lightning. Standard moves a bit more chill, but still keeps you informed.

If you can’t find the tracking email, shoot us a message and we’ll resend it.
If you chose local pickup, no tracking — just a message from us saying “Oi, it’s ready.”

If your tracking looks frozen or weird, let us know and we’ll give AusPost a little poke...


How are transfers packaged?

We pack your transfers like they’re precious cargo — because they are.

Small orders: Packed flat in a rigid mailer, sandwiched between sturdy boards, sealed in a moisture-proof sleeve. No bends. No drama.

Big gang sheets: Rolled, and shipped in a tough tube or box so your oversized prints stay crease-free.

Extras: Every order comes a quick-start press guide. No digging through emails to remember temps and times.

Everything’s sealed tight to keep out rain, humidity, and general Aussie weather chaos.


Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — Australia only for now.
We’re working on expanding soon, but at this stage we don’t ship overseas.

(If you’re desperate, a package-forwarding service can work, but it’s at your own risk.)
